Baby Eva is a collectible AND playable 18” baby doll with 2 extra, high quality embroidered outfits and matching pacifier! Cute as a Button Babies® and Tim Wilson Family of Fine Dolls have been making high quality, durable and endearing baby dolls for over 20 years. Their foundation in design and presentation is a direct result of having presented the very first PVC doll to the TV market thru our relationship with Lissi, Zapf and even Steiff. In fact, Cute as a Button Babies® was nominated for Doll of the Year for its first collectible PVC doll.

My First Collectible Baby features the most collectible and sought after design and mold by Cute as a Button Babies®! She has an overstuffed body that can be easily dressed in 3 and up Children’s clothes because of its sewn joints in the arms and legs. We use sewn joints rather than “ball” type joints because a sewn joint is stronger and last longer than traditional “ball” joints as children typically carry their babies by the arms and legs.

Her overstuffed polyester body also gives her a large, realistic big belly without being over weighted and hard to handle. Her open/close, sleeping eyes add another level of realism. When you place her on her back, her eyes will close and she will appear to be sleeping. Similarly, when you pick her up, she will quickly open her eyes once more. She is also what is known in the collectible industry as a “thumb-sucker” again adding to the realism of this adorable baby.

Attention to detail is what sets all Cute as a Button Babies® apart from the crowd. For example, we use only Extra Soft, European PVC that looks and feels like Baby-Soft skin. From her Chubby little arms, legs and hands to her wrinkled feet, entirely created from this durable and safe material. Cleaning her is a breeze when using a mild soap and water mixture; scuffs and marks come right up with little effort and no damage to the collectible baby! Safety is always a concern with Cute as a Button Babies®, that is why all our products meet or exceed all US Safety regulations and guidelines. Even her molded ears and hair are safe and still realistic with her hand painted accents on her Rosey little cheeks and highlights bringing out the depth and design of her cute little European designed and expression filled face. My First Collectible Baby features high quality, infant grade clothing which was custom designed. All of her outfits have High Quality embroidery instead of stickers or Iron On graphics that can fade, peel, crack and deteriorate over time. She is also easily dressed and played with as she has Velcro® closures which are great for tiny hands to remove and replace her clothes. Velcro® is also used for its safety aspect being that it is much safer than a button that can loosen over time and fall off, putting your children at risk for small parts and damaging the outfit at the same time. Her entire outfit is washable and durable to provide years of play and fun using machine washable, colorfast materials that come right out of your washing machine looking brand new. Even better, no ironing or pressing is needed!
